Taluh turtle is a conventional cake originating from Bali. Taluh in Balinese means egg, so taluh turtle means a cake that appears like a turtle egg.
INGREDIENT :
500 gr glutinous rice flour
500 gr brown sugar
1 half younger coconut, grated lengthwise
2 tbsp whiting water
1/2 tsp salt
2 pandan leaves
200 ml suji leaf water
200 gr rice flour, roasted
HOW TO MAKE :
CONTENTS:
1. Combine grated coconut with sugar, pandan leaves, and just a little whiting water for flavoring.
