Steamed sponge cake has many creations and variations, certainly one of which is that this candy corn steamed cake. This small cake that appears much like the putu ayu cake is appropriate as a snack that accompanies tea or espresso within the afternoon.
INGREDIENT :
5 eggs
150 gr sugar
250 gr wheat flour
150 ml coconut milk
1 tsp pandan essence
1 piece of boiled candy corn, comb
HOW TO MAKE :
1. Beat eggs and sugar till white fluffy. Add the flour whereas stirring. Pour within the coconut milk and pandan essence.
2. Take a small cake mould, fill it with candy corn and add the dough.
3. Steam for quarter-hour till the cake is cooked. Serve chilly.
