500 gr rice flour (freshly floor)
250 ml water

HOW TO MAKE :
1. Knead rice flour, then steam till cooked, take away, add water little by little and salt, knead till gentle, add whiting water.
2. Reduce our banana leaves about 10 cm huge, take 1.5 tablespoons of dough and canopy. Flatten to 2 mm skinny.
3. Warmth the steamer, steam the dough that was flattened till it’s cooked. Take away, cool.
4. Serve with the leaves open, minimize into 4 elements, sprinkle with grated coconut and liquid brown sugar.
