Kinca sticky rice is a conventional cake that comes from town of heroes, Surabaya. Comprised of glutinous rice which is loved with a splash of kinca.
INGREDIENT :
500 gr glutinous rice
200 ml water
1 tsp salt
2 pandan leaves
1 younger coconut, peeled, grated lengthy
KINCA INGREDIENTS:
500 gr brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 pandan leaves
100 ml water
INGREDIENTS:
500 gr younger coconut, peeled, grated lengthy, steamed
HOW TO MAKE :
1. Wash the glutinous rice till clear, steam till half cooked, take away and switch to a saucepan. Add the salt water and pandan leaves, put the pot over the warmth, prepare dinner till the water is absorbed by the rice. Steam the sticky rice with grated coconut till the sticky rice is cooked.
2. Mash the sticky rice whereas it is scorching, put the sticky rice in a bowl. Press-press till stable, take away from the tin, reduce into items.
3. Boil all of the kinca substances till thick.
4. Put together a plate, put the sticky rice items on a plate, sprinkle grated coconut on it, pour the kinca.
