Getuk lindri is a standard Indonesian cake that’s simply present in conventional markets, originating from Central Java and East Java, with the primary ingredient from cassava.
Getuk lindri is a variation of getuk with the traits of ripe cassava which is finely floor after which blended with liquid sugar and added with meals coloring. The form resembles thick noodles rolled collectively.
INGREDIENT :
1 kg cassava, peeled
200 gr sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
100 ml water
Meals coloring in accordance with style, to style
COCONUT URAP INGREDIENTS:
1/3 coconut coarsely grated
1/4 tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE :
1. Prepare dinner sugar, water, and vanilla till it boils and thickens. Take away, cool and put aside.
2. Steam cassava till cooked and tender, mash whereas sizzling whereas pouring liquid sugar and meals coloring till clean and evenly blended.

To make coconut urap: Combine grated coconut and salt, steam for about 5 minutes to make it last more.
