This black glutinous sticky rice is a variation of the gemblong cake within the earlier recipe, with the attribute of utilizing extra black glutinous rice flour along with white glutinous rice flour and white sugar coating.

INGREDIENT :
100 gr white glutinous rice flour
100 gr black glutinous rice flour
100 gr coarsely grated coconut
