Bluder is the title of a kind of bread that developed in the course of the Dutch colonial period. 100 gr wheat flour
200 gr sugar
7 egg yolks + 2 egg whites
125 gr margarine, beat till mushy
300 gr cassava tapai, puree, combine with 2 tablespoons thick coconut milk
2 egg whites, beat till stiff
Raisins or walnuts to style (can be mixed with cheese or almonds/almonds)
HOW TO MAKE :
1. Put within the oven at 180 °C, grease a 20 x 20 cm tin with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
2. Beat the sugar and all of the eggs till fluffy. Add margarine, flour, and cassava tapai combination, combine properly.
3. Enter the crushed egg whites, combine properly. Pour into the pan, bake +/- 25 minutes till cooked and browned.
Notice: Slices of raisins or chopped walnuts could be sprinkled after the dough has been +/- 20 minutes within the oven.
