INGREDIENT :
125 gr rice flour
125 gr glutinous rice flour
250 gr coarsely grated coconut
150 gr sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp water

HOW TO MAKE :
1. Stir within the rice flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt and coconut, then add the water. Stir till the flour is granular.
2. Divide the dough into 2 components. One half is coloured purple, the opposite half is left white.
3. Grease a 15 x 15 cm sq. mildew/pan with oil, pour the white dough into it. Easy the floor, then add the purple dough. Steam till cooked.
