How a grey wood stain turned an iconic Brisbane mansion into a haunted house
A haunted house has always been one of my favourite things to do.
It is a place to see something truly special in a time when most places simply look empty.
But the ghosts of former occupants can also turn an old house into a place that can never be forgotten.
A house in Brisbane’s north, known as Bambi Woods, has been the site of many haunting sightings.
Bambi is a large estate in the town of Woodbine, located in the Queensland bush.
The property was once home to a man who died in 1866.
He was believed to have had a grudge against the owners of the property and had been living there for many years.
The estate is one of the largest estates in the country, and it is home to over 300 residents, including many women.
This year, there have been at least 10 sightings of ghostly apparitions on Bambiblogwood, and the property has been described as haunted.
The first time I saw a ghost was on my birthday.
The house was empty, and I was watching a TV programme about ghosts.
A young boy walked by the front door and I went outside to get some air.
I saw him walking towards the house in the backyard, and a little boy ran up behind him and kissed him.
I saw a little girl, standing by the door, holding her arms out in front of her and asking him to come home.
I went back inside and said, ‘Hi, I’m your mum’, and she told me she had never seen me.
I then looked at the TV and saw the children playing in the yard, so I just ran out the front gate.
There was a big pile of dead trees around the front of the house, and then I saw the little girl walking back and forth and I saw her face go up and down and back and then down again.
I thought it was a ghost.
Then I looked at her and said to her, ‘How come you don’t come home, mummy?
You have nothing to do?’
She was like, ‘I don’t have nothing’ I went up to her and hugged her and she started crying.
Then I saw one of those guys walking in the front yard, and he was like this old man with a cane and I looked and I thought, ‘Oh, he’s got something in his hand’.
Then I saw that he was holding a small baby and I just thought, I think this guy is a ghost, too.
So I went out there and saw him again and he said, I’ve seen ghosts, too, but they’re not that big.
He said, If you look, it’s got a little child in it.
So I just walked away and said goodbye and I walked back into the house and I said, It’s OK, I’ll be back, too.’
This story has been repeated on countless occasions.
A woman named Mary was sitting in her living room when a strange man appeared in the corner.
He grabbed her hair and said: ‘Come on, Mary, let me see your tits.
And I looked down and I realised that I was wearing nothing but a t-shirt and a pair of shoes.
I’m not wearing anything but this t-shirts.’
Mary replied, ‘No, I don’t want anything’.
He said: I can’t see your boobs, but I can see your pussy.’
Mary got up and left the room.
Another woman, Mrs Geddes, had been watching TV when she was walking to her house and heard the sound of a woman walking up the street.
She said she turned around and there was a woman in her house, sitting on the steps.
She was wearing a dress and she said to herself, ‘What a weird man’.
A friend of mine had been in a car accident and he told his friend to go and take her to the hospital.
But he didn’t know what to do with her.
So he called the police and they came and took her to a doctor and the doctor said she was not dead.
So she was brought to the house to look for him.
So when I came down to the street I said to the doctor, ‘You can’t take her home, you can’t give her anything to eat or drink, you have to take her back to the police station.’
So I said: We have to go back and see what you’ve done.
I couldn’t see what the doctor was looking for, but when I got back, he told me what he was looking at.
After a while, I heard the ambulance come up the driveway.
I looked out the window and there were people sitting on my porch.
There was this lady, I thought she was a nurse.
I said what the hell is wrong with you, you’re dead.
She replied, I was just looking out the windows, I just
